Return and Refund Policy
We only accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items within 30 days of delivery. All other sales are final.
We happily replace or refund defective items. We do not offer exchanges or returns for personal preference, change-of-mind, wrong size, or any other non-defective
1. Print-on-Demand Products
- Customization: Print-on-demand items are made to order based on your specifications (size, design, etc.). As such, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Quality Issues: If there is a defect in the printing or manufacturing, please reach out within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide photos of the defect, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Order Cancellations: Orders for print-on-demand products can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, production begins, and we cannot cancel or change the order.
2. Vintage Goods
- Condition & Authenticity: All vintage items are sold "as-is." We provide detailed descriptions and photographs to accurately represent each piece's condition.
- Returns: Due to the unique and pre-loved nature of vintage goods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or significantly different from the description provided.
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund or store credit.
3. Artwork Licensing
- Digital Products: Artwork licenses are non-refundable once the digital file has been delivered.
- Licensing Agreements: All sales are final for artwork licenses. We recommend reviewing the licensing agreement carefully before purchasing.
- Support: If you encounter any issues with accessing or using your licensed artwork, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving any technical issues.
General Notes
- How to Request a Return/Refund: To initiate a return or request a refund, please email contact@foxandthistle.studio with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
- Processing Time: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
